
Types of Meditation
Meditation can be classified into 3 types. It is important to note however that we may often combine more than 1 type into the one meditation. Not everyone is well suited to all types
·      Zen Meditations
Zen meditation is based around mindfulness and experiencing in substantial detail the environment in which you are in. Taking note of:
o  Feelings on your skin on various parts of your body,
o  Temperature in the room
o  Sounds
o  Smells

·      Mantra Meditations
Mantra meditations is based around using chants or affirmations to achieve/manifest a specific purpose / outcome such as:
o  Relaxation
o  Confidence
o  Happiness
o  Concentration
o  Emotional/Mental Balancing
o  Physical wellbeing
o  Spiritual Uplifting
