Hi, I am Andrew, I would like to welcome and thank you for visiting the Calming Mind, Body & Spirit website. I am a successful mindfulness author and teacher developing a series of books, meditations and courses that are specifically designed to help you with achieving mindfulness in all aspects of a busy life. 

My site contains a variety of courses that offer you a large variety of tried and tested strategies that will assist you to deal with everyday stresses. I include a weekly release of meditation, blogs, courses to assist with journaling, meditations, affirmations and much more. I don't replace the need for medical practitioners, but I do offer assistance for managing stress in a structured and natural method. Meditation and mindfulness strategies like those I offer can assist to manage stress in a sustainable way that in turn offers assistance to our bodies to prevent illness and maintain calm.   

Since 2000, I have been dedicated to sharing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness. Now, I am dedicated to assist people to learn how to manage stress. As a Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, I offer personalized stress management courses, strategies and resources that incorporate meditation classes, courses, journaling, and a variety of other mindfulness services. On this site, I sell my books, spend time blogging, provide you with hints, guidance, courses and meditation resources. My goal is to support you to become the best version of yourself that you can be.
