
Developing Meditation Routines
It is important to develop a regular meditation routine. The more active you are, the easier and more effective meditation will become. Things that can be considered are:
o  Understand and remind yourself why it is important to fit meditation into a busy schedule.
o  Meditate daily
o  Assign at least 20 minutes to your meditation setting.
o  Meditate at a regular time each day. I suggest that you incorporate it into your morning routine. This will enable you to start the day on a relaxed and positive objective to achieve that day.
o  Set an objective for each meditation session
o  Locate yourself in an area designed specifically for meditation.Â
o  Organise suitable music and atmosphere for your meditation space
o  Consider spending 5 to 10 minutes of your lunch break in meditation
